Studied up to GCSE level and looking to develop all-round trade knowledge and customer service experience? Then our one-year Branch Apprenticeship is the route for you. It gives you the chance to work in a range of different branch roles, which means you’ll gain plenty of practical experience – and it leads to a nationally-recognised Level 2 Apprenticeship
Want immediate responsibility and support to develop great leadership skills? Then our two-year Management Apprenticeship will be for you. You’ll get to work across a range of roles in branch, learn about accounting and competitor analysis, develop your management and leadership style and make real decisions with real consequences. This route leads to a Level 3 Management Apprenticeship and aims to deliver our managers of the future.
Whichever TP apprenticeship you choose you’ll need to be motivated, ambitious and up for working in a fast-paced, diverse environment. We’ll give you plenty of support but you’ll also get ownership, responsibility for real work and the freedom to figure out how to do things your way. That’s the way we like our ‘family’ to grow.
As well as gaining great experience and a rewarding benefits package, on our Branch Apprenticeship you’ll take home a salary of £160 per week, while on our Management Apprenticeship you can expect an annual salary of between £16,000 - £18,000.
Branch Apprenticeship recruitment happens throughout the year so it’s best to keep an eye on our website for details of current vacancies. Our Management Apprenticeship scheme starts in September and we generally start recruiting for these roles from May onwards. If you put as much into your apprenticeship as we do, there’ll be a permanent job offer waiting for you at the end of it.
