Karen's Story

Karen joined the Travis Perkins Marketing Placement Scheme in 2016, from Aston University where she is studying towards her Marketing Degree. Karen is responsible for the Marketing activities for the CCF brand within the Travis Perkins Group.

Pilot project demonstrates new opportunities for solar

Approximately half of UK solar is on roof-tops with the majority on residential buildings. To date, the deployment of solar on leasehold commercial buildings has been greatly restricted due to barriers created by the tenant and landlord relationship. Travis Perkins plc has developed a pilot project to overcome the barriers preventing solar installation on its leasehold buildings.

Circular building celebrated at London Design Festival

Travis Perkins Group is pleased to be part of the collaboration to design and construct a building out of fully reuseable components to demonstrate the concept of circular economy as part of the London Design Festival 2016.
