Supplier Online Risk Assessment

All suppliers must complete an on-line risk assessment questionnaire to demonstrate that they can meet the requirements set out in our Supplier Commitments.

We use the results of the questionnaire to generate a risk rating for each of our suppliers, and we may require you to provide further evidence to ensure compliance or mitigate risk.

You'll need to complete the On-line Risk Assessment whenever the Supplier Commitments document is updated or reissued, which will usually happen every two years.
