To achieve this, we have six communities that focus on areas where we want to improve: gender balance, LGBTQI+, cultural and ethnic awareness, youth, ability and ex forces.
We’re also part of the 30% Club to mentor women into leadership roles. We also helped to establish the Construction Inclusion Coalition to improve diversity in construction.
